The Goodfellow Bros. Racing Team is made up of the following:
- Don Goodfellow (Owner/Driver)
- Rick Kosowan (Crew Chief)
- Armindo (Army) Valente (Crew Member)
We would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge and thank the sponsors that have supported this race team since the team started in 1997, racing a Chevy Nova in the Heavy Street Class, then the Camaro, onto the 1980 Monza and C4 1986 Corvette. We have purchased, what we believe to be the ultimate in race cars, a C5 2004 Top Sportsman Corvette that is a double frame rail, SFI 25.1E , 6.0 second certified car, out of Hampton Virginia. This is a beautiful Suncoast Race Car.
It is only with their tremendous support have we been able to step up the overall racing program to this level.
A special thanks to Kevin “KOS” Kosowan for the many hours spent doing the bodywork, painting, touch-ups, sanding and polishing the car. We appreciate your commitment to quality and detail. It doesn’t go unnoticed. It is very hard to keep a race car in showroom condition and you do what you do best. With the acquisition of the C5 2004 Top Sportsman Corvette, more time will be spent over the winter months putting paint, hood and scoop changes, to her, as well as other things.
To our wives, Iris, Laurene and Dana and our families, thank you for the support and understanding in the many hours spent in the garage during the winter and spring, in preparation for the long hours at the track during the race season. They are our biggest fans and can be seen on race days in the stands cheering us on, win or loose, or hanging at the trailer getting lunch ready. We could not do it without you.
For those that are visiting the website, it has been transformed by Awesome Advertising Company to its present state and we hope you enjoy it, as we continue to build upon it.
